FairTeamStand Areas

Trade fair exhibition booth areas and functions.

The booth has different areas with different functions.

Depending on the exhibition style, it should be decided how to use to the space.

Will it be for presentation, consulting or for easy contact.

The picture below shows the different areas of a corner stand.

Orientation:

Gain attention from visitors by using eye-catching components.

Presentation:

In this area, the products and their advantages should be presented by the booth personnel.

This will be the first interaction between visitors and the staff.

Here, visitors are looking for the opportunity to get brief information and/or samples.

Consultation:

A space where negotiations and talks can occur without unnecessary disturbance.

The best would be a conference room.

On average, visitors only spend 11,8 minutes at a booth. This time should be used productively.

Logistics:

This area is not used by visitors.

This space could be used for storage, kitchen or catering.

The size of this area depends on the booth size.

Smaller stands sometimes exclude this area.
